Allow me to take you for the tour of my Lisbon, my hometown and the place I know so well, allow me to show you the highlights and hidden corners of this magnificent city. We'll start this tour by going to the historic area of Lisbon where we will start our little adventure on foot through Lisbon. Discover the oldest districts of Lisbon with their magnificent viewpoints, their tiny alleys, full of charm, authenticity and history, and let's get lost in labyrinthine streets with delightful staircases and taking us to the magnificent São Jorge Castle castle. Landmark and historic site of Lisbon where you can taste one of the best custard tarts in town. From there we will take a short drive to Belem district, (because the city is very extensive, it is impossible to do it on foot). In Belem, there's so much to see, the Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, and so many more secrets that only someone who loves the city and the history of Portugal can offer you. Carlos is fabulous! His love for his homeland showed at every stop we made on this tour. He is passionate and proud of the history of Portugal, and we learned so much. He also made the most of the 4 hours we spent with him ... he knew the best times to visit sites so there was no waiting in lines! Very efficient. His warm and charming personality made the day so much fun. There were 4 of us in our group and we would all highly recommend Carlos!

Great guide and great tour.
Carlos was a wonderful guide, who loves showing you his Lisbon. The walking tour of the Alfama was informative and showed us a part of the city we were not familiar with. It is a tour meant to introduce the city and its history. The Naval Museum was a bonus extra, and important in the context of Portugal's foundation as a maritime power in the 16th Century.
Carlos is an excellent tour guide and showed us the highlights of Alfama and Belem. This tour is an excellent introduction to Lisbon early in your stay, as it gives you an orientation to the city. You do lots of walking, so come prepared for some exercise as Lisbon is very hilly.
