Raquel was a great guide - knowledeagble, engaging, fun and enthusiastic. And a proper native - having grown up nearby and studied at Evorá University. Conversation ranged widely, across history, politics, art, and modern day Portugal. The time flew by and we parted feeling much more knowledgeable and much of her enthusiasm had rubbed off. Raquel arrived promptly and was pleasant and engaging. She was the perfect guide to show us around Evora as she had spent her college years there. We had a great tour with Raquel my wife, my teenager son, and myself. Raquel was very interesting, nice and passionate about Evora. She was very flexible to adapt her tour to our needs, and so a shorter version for our son. We loved the stories about the Jesuits, university, battles and kings of Portugal. She can talk to any topic and we loved the interaction during our visit. Great guide and lovely person !
