Half-Day Arequipa City Tour with Colca Canyon

Arequipa: It's located at 2325 masl, in the desert mountains of the Andes. This is the second most important city in Peru. This beautiful city is practically built in volcanic white tuff (sillar). its possible to see many types of products from the agriculture in the local market, local bussines and the delicious tipical food. The Colca Valley is a colorful Andean valley with pre-Inca roots, and towns founded in Spanish colonial times, still inhabited by people of the Collagua and the Cabana cultures. The local people maintain their ancestral traditions and continue cultivating the pre-Inca agricultural terraces.

Santuarios Andinos museum: its to appreciate one of the most conserved mummy in the world, her name is JUANITA. 2nd day: we are going to the Colca Valley, we stop in many viewpoints, wildlife, mountains, an active volcano, the lunch in Chivay and the hotel. 3rd day: we will visit the Canyon, viewpoints, pre inca terraces, andean towns, lunch and we comeback to Arequipa city.
