Explore Kotor - Full Day Shore Excursion from Bar

Elizabeta was our guide for a fabulous tour of Kotor! Our ship was supposed to dock in Kotor but then changed it up and docked in Bar. We really wanted to see Kotor so hired Elizabeta and driver to take us the 1 hr and 15 min to see it all! We had a wonderful driver and Elizabeta gave us lots of good info along the way! She bought us snacks at a local fruit market... took us all around the old town village in Kotor... came with us up the mountain on the cable car (which was fabulous!) and took photos while we did the mountain alpine coaster! (You MUST DO THAT!! So beautiful! And not scary... I'm a big wimp!) After we finished in Kotor, we stopped on the way back at a beautiful coastal town and saw the village and had drinks at a cute restaurant on the water. We also stopped for incredible photographs along the way! We were perfectly on time back to the ship. Our day was wonderful and we loved the private tour aspect that could be changed to just want we wanted. Elizabeta and our driver were wonderful and made the day extra special. Great communication before hand as well. Highly recommend!!

ElizaBeta had an excellent and deep knowledge on Kotor history and background. We had an excellent time in this tour with her!!! Fully recommendable.

ElizaBeta did a great job for us during our port day at Bar. We booked her to take us to Kotor for a private tour for the day. She is a wealth of knowledge and seemed to know all the tricks to getting around the heavy traffic on the road to Kotor and back. Her English was excellent and she was very conversational and entertaining. We would book with her again. The only thing I could not evaluate was her vehicle as her normal car was in disrepair and she had to borrow a car for our tour.

Elizabeta was AMAZING!!! She is very personable, professional and full of knowledge!! There were five of us on our tour and she was very patient answering all of the questions that we had. She also brought us some waters and local snacks for us to try. We highly recommend Elizabeta!! You will have an amazing day!!!

We had a great day with ElizaBeta. She was very comfortable to be with, was very knowledgeable, and showed us a number of new and unexpected things. Who knew pomegranate beer existed, much less how delightful it is to drink on a hot day? Not we.) We docked in Bar, and it ended up being a long drive to and from Kotor because the road is under construction. Something to inquire about if you are planning to meet in Bar. Highly recommend!

Elizabeta was our gracious tour guide for our day in Montenegro. She offered much flexibility, which is why we chose her. She took us north (from Bar) to see Kotor, the Old Town, Sveti Stephan, and then we stopped in beautiful Budva for a nice walk through the Old Town there. We crammed in a lot of gorgeous views and still made it back in plenty of time to board our cruise ship. There is so much to see and do in Montenegro, I hope we can return sometime.
