Your Nanyuki tour itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Nanyuki – Sirimon Gate – Met Station (9 km) Pick up from Nairobi and drive to Nanyuki, the base of Mount Kenya. Proceed to Sirimon Gate for registration and trip briefing. Begin a 9 km trek through montane forest to Met Station. Lunch, dinner, and overnight at Met Station. Day 2: Met Station – Mackinders Camp (15 km) After breakfast, start a long hike uphill toward Mackinders Camp through scenic moorland terrain. Enjoy picnic lunch along the trail. Dinner and overnight at Mackinders Camp. Day 3: Mackinders Camp – Point Lenana – Mackinders Camp Start the summit hike at 03:30 hrs to reach Point Lenana at sunrise. Enjoy stunning panoramic views and photo time before descending to Mackinders for breakfast and rest. Optional afternoon nature walk. Overnight at Mackinders Camp. Day 4: Mackinders Camp – Met Station – Sirimon Gate – Nairobi After breakfast, descend via the same route to Met Station and continue to Sirimon Gate to sign out. Drive back to Nairobi, marking the end of the tour.
