Hello and happy to have you here reading my page! I'm Ettore and I'm an official tourist guide with 20 years of experience in this role. I'm also a touristic entrepreneur at 360°, owner of the art design gallery hotel Suite d'Autore, minister of tourism in Piazza Armerina and manager of the cruise services at the Catania Cruise Terminal. I'm passionate of art and ancient history and tourism is my life mission: I give my best every day in every possible way to promote my beautiful land and let the tourists discover the most unveiled beauty of Piazza Armerina and its territory! With me you could uncover the beautiful mosaics of the Villa Romana del Casale, the stunning UNESCO site in Piazza Armerina, but also the secret beauties of Piazza Armerina's old town, with its baroque Cathedral and the many ancient churches, the Trigona Palace, the Pinacoteca and a lot of enchanting stories about the traditions of the town. Do you know that every August in Piazza Armerina there is the "Palio dei Normanni", the most important historical event of Southern Italy? I could also guide you to the ancient Greek polis of Morgantina and the old town of Aidone, with its Archaeological Museum with the stunning Venus of Morgantina, the Acrolytes, and the Ade's Head. And if you'd like something more or not mentioned just make an inquiry: I can customize any tour for you and I'm sure you will come back home happy and culturally enriched. Hope to have the chance to show you my incredible land soon! :-) Official Italian tourist guide enrolled in the Regional Order of Sicily (license number 454) since 2002, able to work in Italian and English.
