Naples Historic Centre- Half Day Walking Tour

The tour will focus on Naples history and arts: we will walk on the old streets of the historic centre and visit some important monuments. I will tell you about the traditions and the legends of the city which are linked to this area of the city. Naples is a very old city and you will have the chance to see the layerings in the centuries, which is very interesting. While walking on the greek streets of the city centre, we will visit medieval and baroque monuments from different times. We could in the meantime, if you wish, take a break to taste typical products of the city such as espresso coffee, pizza, street food or local pastries. Good vibes always!

- Meeting at Piazza del Gesù Nuovo at the Church on the same name - We will start by visiting the fantastic Church called Chiesa del Gesù Nuovo - Chiesa di Santa Chiara - We will visit the medieval church and I will tell you about this complex - Spaccanapoli - We will walk on the inferior decuman, the main greek street of the historic centre - Piazza San Domenico Maggiore - I will tell you about this old square and the monuments around - Piazzetta Nilo and Nile's statue, where I will tell you about this area and the Nile's statue built by the Egyptians - San Gregorio Armeno - We will walk along the famous nativity street where the artesans work the whole year for Christmas - Chiesa San Lorenzo Maggiore - We will visit this medieval Church with baroque chapels - Via Tribunali: we will walk on the main decuman and I will tell you about the main features of this street and end at piazzetta San Gaetano.
