Amalfi coast, a day in paradise!

Hello everyone ! I am Michele, from Naples, Italy, a professional guide in the Campania region. I am 59 years old, two grown-up boys, and I live in the center of Naples, in the Great Railway Station area. Enthusiasm, empathy, sympathy, knowledge of places, the characteristics that immediately come to mind to describe me. But there are many others, which tie in with my love for music, nature, literature, because a guide is not only a professional who helps you discover the places of your dreams, but is the person you choose to accompany you, in its totality. Before I was a tour guide, I was doing something else, a completely different thing: I was in a big company dealing with telecommunications. Then I had to choose a different path to continue living. And this opportunity opened up as it sometimes does when your future naturally develops in front of you ! Since 2015 I have been a licensed guide, with self-taught training supplemented by specialized courses in Greek and Roman history, ancient statuary, Gothic, Baroque and contemporary architecture of the city of Naples, updates on the ancient cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum, destroyed by Vesuvius. Two foreign languages, English and Spanish, and an inexhaustible curiosity for many more ! It would really take a 48-hour day to learn everything that stimulates me, but that alone is enough to help you discover the best of what you wish to discover. We are friend before guide and client. A philosophy of the guide, light but with much to say, the discovery of the hidden sides of cities, of art, because, who knows, behind the hidden door of a church you may find wonders ! Then ask me what you like best ! Of course there is the possibility to customize your tour, asking me what you would like to add: a wine tasting, local products, a boat ride, or in vintage cars. There is no limit to the imagination ! Pompeii, Herculaneum, the villas of Stabia, the historic center and the Archaeological Museum of Naples, the Royal Palace of Caserta ? Sure, it can be done ! What about the Phlegraean fields ? The Amalfi coast, with Amalfi, Positano, Ravello ? The islands Capri, Ischia, Procida ? Don't give up anything, I am here to guide you where there is beauty. A beauty that is also appreciated at the table, eating like a resident of these places, walking the streets teeming with life, in close contact with ordinary people. For the discovery of a place also comes through contact with its way of life. So let's not miss anything: art, food, music. Because I am also a singer.
