Explore the Senegambia region with one of the most outstanding guide on all aspect; local life, culture, customs, history, nature and general wildlife I was born in a traditional agricultural village from a farming family. As a very strong traditional practice in 1970s, every body look and care for one and other. The most important thing about such structure is, the elders will gather all the younger ones at night around the campfire in the compound especially in the winter to tell them folklore, stories, customs, traditional practices & norms including dos & donts of the society to mold them into better person. At the age of around 7 to 8, my dad use to take us the to farm to start learning about the some of the traditional farming techniques and is where I started loving and appreciating nature up to date. I had my guiding training on various aspect ranging from general tour guiding, nature & wildlife, history, culture and traditional way of life and many more since 2001 to date. I work for one of Gambia's longest serving and the most outstanding ground tour operator operating within the sub region since 1987. I guided various group sizes on all tour aspect ranging from historical, cultural, nature & wildlife, river or creek, photographic, Customize round trips, student trips, trekkers, researchers and other tailor made tours. I was promoted as an operations coordinate/ tour guide since 2013 responsible for arranging all tours logistics both for general tours and shore excursions, however, I do organize personalize tours of my my own as a free lancer over the years. Therefore why not join me to show you what The Gambia and Senegal have to offer and also to meet its most hospitable people and learn their diverse culture and tradition way of life. Visit the SMILING COAST of Africa, The Gambia. It is the closest English speaking speaking country to Europe, approx. 5 - 6hrs flight from most European counties. It has one of the most genuine friendly, peaceful and welcoming people of African where all nationalities, religion, race and sex are highly respected and welcome. Final Tour guide Training - West African Tours Ltd First Aid Training Certificate - Gambia Red Cross Society Introduction to Wildlife Guiding - Makasutu Wildlife Trust Diploma in travel & tourism management - Business Training Centre Diploma in Tourism & Business Studies - ICM Promoted to Operations Coordinator/Guide in 2012 Hotel Managent & Travel Agency - Antalya Akdeniz University Tourism Faculty in April 2013, 16 -20 I always hire a car and driver for all my tours.
