Born and raised in the Loire Valley, I live in a small village, in the heart of the châteaux region. FOOD As a foody myself, the Loire Valley is heaven for me, with its mild climate and great soils providing amazing wines, cheeses, fruits, vegetables and its vast forests providing game and wild mushrooms. I have been passionate about food since I became economically independent and started cooking. Now I cook everyday for my family. I acquired my knowledge and technics following cooking lessons given by chefs in the Loire Valley. The rest is just passion and seriousness. Indeed I am super strict about the way I deal with this subject and buy only local. When it comes to choosing products, there is no kidding !!! But then, do we enjoy ?! SPORTS I practice sports everyday, especially crossfit and running. I consider myself fit but will adapt to the level of my clients who join my running tour in order to make the experience a great moment. Only an hour away by train from Paris, it offers a relaxing way to discover some of the greatest masterpieces of architecture and splendid French countryside.
