Hi, My name is Amna. I work as a licensed guide for thirteen years now. As a passionate traveler myself, who lived abroad (USA, Belgium), met different people from all over the World, I came back to my hometown and started to do what I love. It is a tour guiding job. I would like to welcome you, show you our famous city of Mostar, and its famous Old bridge, the masterpiece of Ottoman architecture and Unesco heritage. This city is also among the 8 most romantic cities in the World. Also if you like: fascinating history, architecture, a variety of good foods, good wine, sun, and beautiful nature, come to Mostar, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Please take a look on the list of the tours I offer. We can combine a visit to Mostar and Herzegovina with other beautiful places worthwhile to see. Just to remind you : WHEN YOU LOOK UP FOR THE TOURS IN HERZEGOVINA TAKE A GOOD LOOK OF WHAT kind of tour is there, open the page take a look of photo's to get an idea. THERE ARE POSSIBILITES TO COMBINE THE TOURS. If you wish to stay a few days in Bosnia, day by day customized tours can be prepared for you, with a detailed program from day one. Note:UPON REQUEST I ORGANIZE TOURS WHERE I FOLLOW YOU AS A TOURIST GUIDE-ESCORT Lots of guests want to visit Kravica waterfalls, during summer some guest like to spend whole day by the falls swimming. Also, I have guests who express a huge desire to visit Medjugorje. This is Europe's third most visited pilgrimage site after other Marian shrines of Lourdes in France and Fatima in Portugal. To remind you all these places are very close to Mostar. All my tours can be also tailor-made to accommodate your requests. You can have a very nice boat tour in Hutovo Blato, one of the most important bird reserves in Europe, or Tour going form Mostar to Sarajevo. IF YOU ARE STAYING IN SPLIT OR DUBROVNIK and you would like to visit and Mostar and Bosnia and Herzegovina just for a day, let me know and I will give to you some guidance about the one-day transfer. Anyhow, if you are in Split, or Dubrovnik, or Sarajevo we are only 2hrs and 15MIN driving time. It is the growing interest to visit Mostar, Medjugorje, Trebinje, Sarajevo, and Bosnia and Herzegovina in general, therefore I try to do my best to help you with your planning. Please note: the cost of the transfer is paid apart directly to a driver. There are no safety issues for you as far as the transfer goes, and the price is not higher than if I would come personally to take you to your accommodation. If you are coming just for one day, If you do not want transfer, the other BEST option is to hire the car and drive to here. You have a choice. EACH TOUR CAN BE ADJUSTED, CHANGED, OR COMBINED. THIS IS YOUR TOUR ONLY, THERE ARE MANY PLACES IN OUR REGION, THAT ARE WORTH SEEING! When you come once, you will wish to come back again! Welcome!!! Please remember that only the guide who is Local to the area can show you many places and deliver a genuine story about different sights. Also, I grew up in ex Yugoslavia, so, I can give you lots of interesting information about how we lived during the time of komunism. We experience problems in Bosnia lately with drivers and agencies coming from neighboring countries who bring visitors to Bosnia very often for a day, not hiring local certified guides when they come here. They offer day tours to Mostar very brief walks for instance, but in fact, most of the tour the guests spend in the car, taking short stops in certain places, like the old town of Pocitelj, or a quick stop in Kravica waterfalls and finally in Mostar the guests get a quick walk thru the Old town, a bit of free time and they are instructed to return with the excuse that might be long waiting on the border. Most drivers are introduced to you as a guide as well, and most of them are just drivers. You deserve to be treated as a guest, not just a person who will pay for someone's service! Welcome to Mostar and Bosnia and Herzegovina. "Solo" travelers are welcome, you will get the same treatment as all guests I do guiding for. For client in the wheel chair tailor-made tour is possible! -Bachelor degree :English language and literature -Librarian -Certified tour guide BIH Being a licensed guide in my region I have no restrictions.

Bosnia-Herzegovina's history of winemaking has blossomed over the centuries. It dates back to 2000BC. This tour is not only about the wine. You will see Mostar countryside having a scenic drive through the Mediterranean landscape. Besides, you will visit important historical towns such as BLAGAJ with it's biggest river source in Europe. Old Derwish house, POCITELJ unique, charming old town , member of the art colony. Kravica waterfalls is also nearby, event though it is not the part of this tour, if you express the wish to see it, it will be possible. The wine is served along with homemade bread, cheese , ham, or prosciutto. The two most prestigious wines are Zilavka (white) and Blatina (red), made from two indigenous sorts of grapes. We are visiting the family cellar where the quality of wine is already recognized internationally. If you are having a second thought about choosing this tour, don't. It is fun, very rich and you will not regret it! All my tours can be tailored to meet your wishes and needs!
The guide waits for you in air-conditioned vehicle, the tour begins. You will hear all what is essential regarding history of the region, tradition of wine making. You will be passing by the vineyards once chosen by the dynasty of Habsburg to have their wines to be made in this region. Then we stop by the monastery Zito (15th. Cent. ) where four monks live in absolute serenity surrounded by the vineyard and pomegranate trees. Also, they just recently decided to show their collection of the old icons, one of them very especial, the work of Rikos, only four of them exist in the World, and you will have a great privilege to see one of them here. Our journey continues to Ancient Pocitelj, trully unique town to visit. Next comes the wine cellar. You will be greeted by the owners, they will tell about the winemaking, and tasting begins. Then we slowly drive towards Blagaj, there we will walk near the biggest river source of Europe and optional visit to old Dervish Monastery and enjoy some free time. Tour ends.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
The guide comes in the air-conditioned vehicle. If there are more than 3persons please let us know because the bigger vehicle is needed, and the cost of the tour for bigger group is slightly different.
