Very knowledgeable about Aruba’s history as well as what is happening today. She showed us a broad and varied perspective of life on the island. She was very accommodating about doing whatever we suggested and provided a very relaxed, enjoyable and informative tour.

We were fortunate that Frances was willing to schedule our Aruba tour on Christmas Day! We saw and experienced even more than we expected during our well-paced 4-hour tour. Because Frances has lived in Aruba for many years, she was able to put a personal spin or perspective on many places we saw. Frances is knowledgeable, friendly, and was fantastic at communicating our meeting details prior to our ship’s arrival. It all made for a splendid visit!

She adjusted our tour to work for us and focused on having us get to understand Aruba. She customized pickup and drop off to our needs - can't think of a thing I would change!
