I was born in Northern Patagonia, Bariloche city, raised between the mountains and the magical Andean Patagonian forest where I started wondering around when I was a child. Later in time, I had the opportunity to visit almost every edge of the Patagonia Region: from the Atlantic sea, across the Andean Range and to the Pacific Sea. Five years ago I had the chance to visit the southernmost area from this region, which was the moment in which I decided I wanted to work and live in the mountains. Nowadays, I have a hybrid lifestyle in which I spend some months of the year working in Northern Patagonia with Andesitica Adventures, some months in El Chalten, and hopefully some months travelling to other mountains that I haven't been to. I am truly passionate about nature, mountains and the native culture from Patagonia. I will always do my best to preserve the places we visit while we enjoy and imbibe their essence. Feel free to ask for a customized tour including hiking, camping, and more! I am currently working at Bariloche . For guided tours at El Chalten please contact me to check my availability to travel.

Did you know that bella vista means "pretty view"? Bellavista mountain is located west of Bariloche, 6 km. away from Colonia Suiza, a highlight from a popular circular route known as Circuito Chico. On this tour, we'll hike uphill through the Andean Patagonian forest and reach a rocky ridge from where we'll already start enjoying the views! As we go along, if the mountains are not shy, we'll be able to see most of the peaks of the area, including Tronador mountain, as well as the Nahuel Huapi lake and the city in the distance. This is a medium difficulty, high intensity hike where we'll cover a distance of 9 km round trip and gain 940 meters of elevation. Please note that hiking shoes are required, since we'll go across a steep rocky trail. Also there are not refilling water sources on the trail so it's important to bring enough. Regarding the physical intensity from the trail, this is not suggested for people who don't usually hike.
·Our tour begins with a pick-up at our agreed meeting point. ·We'll then go on an hour long drive from the main town, going beside Moreno's lake. ·Next we'll reach the parking lot of the local Baez family, where we'll warm up before starting our hike through the forest. ·After 2 hours of hiking, we'll start to walk on the rocky ridge from Bellavista Mountain. ·One more hour of hiking will then lead us to the summit, where we'll have a box lunch and take the best panoramic photos. ·After the hike, we'll return hiking downhill by the same trail we came. ·Before ending our tour we will take part of the road from Circuito Chico, which offers us more beautiful landscapes (Including "Punto Panoramico" viewpoint. ·Finally, we'll drive back to our original meeting point.
