Travelling has always been my passion and, having spent the better part of my life acting out as a translator, I embarked on what has always been my hobby - the eco-friendly and off-the-beaten-track tourism - few years ago. Faculty of foreign languages of Kiev State University I can take you around the most interesting sights of the city of Kiev – such as St. Sophia’s Cathedral and Monastery of the caves, but I won't be able to guide you inside the museums requiring an official guide license.

Fantastic tour of Kyiv. Yuri was a great guide. Very knowledgeable. He tried to squeeze as much as possible into the day. We walked all over the city hitting all the sites. I highly recommend.

Be prepared to get your money's worth! Yuri is careful to listen to what you are interested in seeing, as well as taking you to places you might not have considered. He is dedicated and hard working and will put you through your paces! Get ready to see a lot of the city and learn about its fascinating past. Yuri was probably one of the best guides I've ever had - and I've done a lot of guided tours. I was blown away by his exceptional English and his knowledge of the city — but most of all he was just an awesome all around guy — he was more than great.
