I'm Marius, a Tourism Agency Founder and Director,  International Mountain Leader (UIMLA), IML instructor and vice-president of SGLM (Romanian mountain leader association) with over 10 years of experience in guiding and organizing trips in Romania and also worldwide. 

I have guided more than 2000 clients from over 35 countries, in several days hiking tours, backpaking tours across the Carpathians but also through Europe and Nepal. 

Professionalism, responsability, true competence and love for nature are my main values which guide me in my life and also in my work. 

I graduated Philosophy at Babeș Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca and as we speak I am following a Master Degree in Psychology, with focus on Eco-Therapy and the effects that nature has on our wellbeing.

In this one day hike you will witness one of the most spectacular view points in Romania (the Dragons cave balcony) which is a viewpoint on the top of the Bedeleului Rocks (part of Trascău massif in Apuseni) with stunning views towards the Aries river valley (the most important river valley in the Apuseni Mountains) and the northern part of the Apuseni mountain range.

Beside the view points I must witness, as a passionate and experienced mountain local guide, that the trail is exceptional. I will bring you and point for you ancient hamlets, ancient forests, hidden waterfalls, spectacular viewpoints, one of the biggest inaccessible caves in Trascău mountains in which we will enter.

Full day hike at Dragon's Cave and Sipote waterfall

Be ready to explore Vladeasa massif together with one of the most spectacular hiking routes in the Western Carpathians!

In this tour you will witness the spectacular scenery of the Apuseni Natural Park together with two of the most impressive nature sites in the area: Bride Veil Waterfall, a natural wonder of 30 meters high and the White Rocks, a rocky formation which rises steep towards the sky, surrounded by ancient spruce forests.

Close to the White Rocks, at another 1h30 min hike we can reach Vladeasa Mountain top (1836 meters) the second mountain top in Apuseni mountains, which is a perfect viewpoint in all directions!

Full day hiking in Vladeasa Mountains (Apuseni Nature Park)

This tour will show you in close details some of the most spectacular and remote landscapes Romania has to offer.

We will explore unbeaten tracks in Trascău Mountains part of Apuseni mountain range. These mountains will charm you with the complexity of the karst landscapes, with the wild nature and old communities living in spars villages.

Make sure you take your camera with you because at every moment you will witness spectacular gorges, caves, grottos, high steep rocky walls, dales and amazing viewpoints! Last but not the least you will rest and enjoy some local foods in the traditional guesthouses of Rimetea.
