The tour was excellent, very enjoyable, entertaining, and interesting from start to finish. Our guide, Forest, was extremely knowledgeable, communicated very clearly, and had a very good level of English, which made the experience even better. The vehicle was also five-star: very comfortable, clean, and ideal for the tour. Overall, this is a highly recommended tour.

Great day in Hangzhou. Tour delivered as promised. Our guide was Moon, a colleague of Forrest. Moon was knowledgeable, very engaging, spoke perfect English and gave plenty of background colour to the things we saw, … so a perfect host. We met Forrest later - he is a good guy too, with more insights and pretty good English too. Strongly recommended.

Hangzhou was a real treat and Forrest was a great benefit to us as a guide. He had a great pace to the tour, organized all of the details and provided a great deal of information. We had a gluten allergy and he was able to facilitate making certain the food was all gluten free. It was a great experience.
