Hello! My name is Sèna. I was born in Cotonou, the economic capital of Benin, where I spent all my childhood and adolescence. I will be honored to introduce you to the nature, landscapes, culture and hidden riches of my country. I am a computer scientist by training, I am self-taught and therefore very curious. I love music, biking and I love making new friends from around the world. I started guiding on the sites of Southern Benin in 2013. I started with one or two days trips and few months later I started guiding multi-day tours across the country. Over time, I developed some tours including bicycle tours to discover Benin in a unique way. Discover Cotonou, Benin's biggest city and the country's economic heart; Explore the history of slavery; Take a boat to the floating market in Ganvié, the on-lake village; Get off the main roads for a bicycle tour in the nature; Discover the life of lake populations; taste our local meals cooked by the villagers. All the tours are customizable with the possibility of doing them by private vehicle, public transport or bicycle and I can do the tours in English as well as in French. This was an excellent tour guided by Sena H. He took great care to be sure we were picked up and returned to our shuttle location at the market and safely on the shuttle to make our cruise all aboard time. He is professional and conscientious. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Itinerary was great with a couple extra stops thrown in and a couple unexpected bonuses missed. The local food was great. If you really want to know Benin and its culture. This is best guide.

We absolutely had the very best experience with Sena. From start to finish he is among the best of the guides we have ever had. His communication prior to the tour was fantastic. His English is great, exceeded only by his knowledge of Benin. He arranged the most comprehensive tour for us.. can't believe everything we got to experience. Can't recommend him more...

If you're going to Benin, you need a guide, and you won't find better than Sèna. He prepared an itinerary that was perfect for the time I had available, picked me up from the hotel right on time, and then we had a great day in Porto Novo and Cotonou.
