Hi everyone! My name is Kelvin, and I will be thrilled to be your private guide during your stay in Mfuwe, South Luangwa! You will be able to see the abundance of wildlife the park showcases, including lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, wild dogs, as well as most of the 400 species of birds that call this "hidden gem" home. I have more than 14 years experience as a guide in the area and I love our African wilderness. I have always had a passion for animals, and believe that sustainable tourism can benefit you, who come from so far to see our gorgeous "backyard" where animals roam free, the people here who benefit from more jobs being created and the animals themselves as they are kept protected! I will be sharing with you everything I know and can't wait to answer the many questions you will have! I am fluent in English, reliable, fun to be around, and will put you at easy and ensure you have the most amazing time with me! Having grown up in the area, I am also excited to share with you our beautiful Zambian culture. Depending on the tour you choose you will get to experience the villages and see how our friendly and warm local people live and the crafts they make! More about the park: The stunning South Luangwa National Park, lying in the north-eastern part of Zambia, comprises some 9, 050 square kilometres of unspoilt African wilderness. It is considered the jewel of Zambia's national parks and one of the most beautiful places on Earth, and rightly so! As one of the best places in the world to see the normally elusive leopards and the incredible variety and density of animals, this national park is quite unique and perfect for whoever wants to experience the "real" Africa! 2018
