We really loved our tour to Hanoi. Our itinerary was just what we wanted and was well planned. We were able to get it all in the timeframe we had. Our tour guide Tuyan was amazing. He was well organized, informative, communicative, and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and doing what we wanted to do. Our tour guide was amazing. He communicated exactly what time and where to meet him, with directions and pictures. He took us to some great spots and was very attentive to our needs. He also took us to so many great attractions. Paid our way into attractions, bought us drinks (coffee/Sodas) and took us to lunch. It was an amazing day. Thank you❣️
We took the Hanoi full day tour with Tuyen. Booking seamless and we received prompt communication. We were picked up at cruise terminal in Ha Long Bay, and stopped at a Pearl farm, before Hanoi. The ride was comfortable /smooth. He is an enthusiastic tour guide who provided a lot of history about Vietnam which was helpful as we first visited the Hanoi Hilton- Hoa Lo Prison Museum. Hanoi is a bustling city with French influences, and a vibrant culture. Don’t miss Train St. ,He arranged for a table for us to sit and enjoy a drink before the train- a must see. Next a rickshaw ride through the town, followed by a dinner at a Bun Chao restaurant with delicious food but there was a wait as is popular. He is a very informative tour guide offering customization. Taking this private tour for our group of 2 was the perfect way to experience Hanoi’s highlights, with a wonderful guide!
