Do a City Tour in Nuwaraeliya which's know as the Little England including Lake Gregory & Gallwaysland National Park. Then have a train ride from Nuwaraeliya to Ella which's one of the most scenic Train Rides in the world. In Ella visit the 9 Arch Bridge, Little Adams Peak & the Ravana Water Fall.
