I began working as a guide in 2012 after finishing my tourism studies. When I was in school I started to learn English and then I continued practicing to improve it. I also speak Italian which I learned in northern Italy (Padova) where I made an Erasmus scholarship and there I discover the flavor of the original Spritz. During my years of experience, I have had the opportunity (and luck) to meet people from all over the world, and learn a lot about different cultures and habits. I love the history of my country and my city and being able to transmit it to visitors. I also enjoy sharing some historical gossip to make it more fun. During the high season I can walk a lot (between 3 and 10 miles per day) - to stay in shape I play indoor soccer with my friends once or twice a week. Talking about soccer by the way, in Seville, there are two soccer teams (Sevilla FC and Real Betis Balompie) both playing in Laliga. I support Real Betis :). In Spain soccer (football to us) is the most popular sport, and basketball is the second. Food and wine is another of my passions (I presume you like food too). Spain in general, but Andalusia and Seville, in particular, are ideal to enjoy the famous tapas (small portions of food, perfect if you like to taste a lot of new flavors). There are 3, 500 bars and restaurants in Seville so I am sure there is at least one that suits you. Currently, I enjoy my job like day one. For me, it is a privilege to show this city, its secrets, and world heritage places to visitors from all over the world. The architecture of the center of Sevilla is characterized by a rich mix of styles, reflecting the city's diverse cultural heritage. My childhood was filled with vibrant colors, sounds, and smells that changed depending on the time of year. . . Although in the last 30 years, the city has changed a bit, I will tell you how. As a child, I often visited the city center and I remember feeling a sense of pride and wonder at being part of that, now as an adult local guide I can understand the history of the buildings which amazed me years ago(and still today somehow). Let me walk through the city's history together, enjoying its emblematic buildings. We will see from the oldest buildings to the most modern architectural complexes.

We can start the tour from different places, adapting it to our meeting point (which will possibly be at your hotel), as a summary we will see the following places: Plaza España; probably is the most visited monument in Seville. Inside the building, there are active government offices but it was chosen a few years ago among the most charming squares in Europe. The former tobacco factory of Seville, the San Telmo Palace, the Golden Tower, the Triana Bridge, the old mint, the Indian Archive, the Alcazar, the Cathedral, the City Hall, the Salvador Church, the Marqués de la Motilla Palace and the metropol-parasol (better known as mushrooms). If at any time during the tour, you need a short rest, we can stop in one of the beautiful spots and enjoy together a glass of wine, a soft drink, or just water while we continue talking about the history of the city. * Itinerary can be customized upon request.
