Welcome to my personal page. My name is María, I am 46 and deeply passionate about my city. What to say about Seville, besides being the place where I have lived all my life I am passionate about this beautiful place. I take pride in my job and I feel a very lucky person to make my work a passion, not everyone can say that! Seville is one of the few cities that immediately and completely fulfils the expectations of visitors. It reflects everyone's first mental of Spain, bullfights, bodegas, wrought-iron balconies, fountains, moorish arabesques, ceramic tiles, flamenco. . . It is the blinding colours of Seville, more than anything else, that set it apart. The ever-present blue sky remains deep blue, rarely dissolving into the summer haziness of the Mediterranean coast. Much of the city is shaded by orange trees, their leaves remaining emerald green all year round. The oranges themselves provide additional speckles of colour during the cooler months, and towards the end of March the voluptuous scent of their blossom duels with, and defeats, the heavy perfumes favoured by the travellers. I also love cooking, in Spain we have a very rich gastronomy, that is why I offer you the gastronomic tour and class. I hope you to encourage to know more about our culinary culture!I consider myself a good cook and a lover of all of our plates! I love bike tours because is the best way to know Seville in less time. The city is very suitable for riding a bike, it has available areas for it, so it is safe and funny. FLAMENCO. Flamenco music was developed by Triana Gypsies. It arose from the result of the miscegenation of natives, Moorish's, Jews and Gypsies that was in the city. In these neighbourhoods we can delight with his legacy permeated in its streets. My tours include Santa Cruz Quarter, San Lorenzo neighbourhood, Maria Luisa park and of course the cradle of Flamenco, the neighborhood of Triana, as well as a "market-morning tour" throughout the old town . Visiting one of the most important Roman cities in Spain
Overview of your Seville tour
We are going to enjoy the first Roman city built in Spain. It is very well preserved and it was also the place in which two Roman Emperors were born: Trajan and Hadrian, hence its importance. Going to Italica with me will make you travel through the time of the Romans and you will know their way of living, their social classes and many of their main infrastructures in the city that they still are copied today. It is not the same going by your own, that way you only see the superficial but with me, this visit will be completely different. If you are a lover of this period and you are intereseted in knowing further more, this is your tour!

Italica was fascinating; an ancient Roman community still in shockingly good shape. And Maria did a great job introducing it and explaining its history, architecture and even the social and family life of its citizens (some famous). She really knew her stuff. First everyone visiting Seville should take a tour of itálica. It gives you a full flavor of how Seville came to be AND the best Roman ruins I have seen, the arena and the city. Maria was an outstanding guide. She clearly loved the archeological aspects of the site and was so very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in her narrative.
