My name is Beatriz, I was born in Seville and after living outside Seville for years, I discovered that there wasn't any city as beautiful as Seville is. SEVILLE is a city of jacarandas, where the blossom of the orange trees smell that floods its streets and the warmth of its people will make you fall in love with it. During this period I was living in different places like Barcelona, Bristol and the Canary Islands where my lifestyle was very international and having the chance to travel to a wide variety of destinations, passion that made me choose being a guide as a profession. What I really like about this job is the opportunity to know travellers from far away places so I feel as If I was travelling to the their countries without leaving Seville! The most beautiful thing about guiding you is knowing clients who can become my friends, so I actually have a few of them around the world! When I'm not working I like reading, going to the cinema as well as being with my little daughter whose name is Lara, who is the most important person of my life, so I'm very friendly, specially with families with kids. I do like dogs as well, I've got my pet whose name is Lis and she is always accompanying me whenever I'm studying, reading and even sleeping. If you want to learn more about our art and traditions, I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO KNOWING YOU! I've got a degree in Tourism. During this time I was studying english and french. My tour guide license is GA-486. I obtained my diploma of the jewish history from the Red de Juderías (Jewish Network of Spain). I´ve got the license to guide in the Picasso and the Thyssen museums, both of them in Málaga. I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

We will begin our visit by entering the Alcazar. This visit is like a journey where we are gonna see different architectures styles from gothic through mudéjar to renaissance, inside a Islamic complex. We will continue our visit with the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, a place built with stone that breathes. . . due to the change of temperatures. After visiting these two buildings, we will go through Santa Cruz, the old jewish Quarter to see how the Andalousian houses, their patios and squares with colourful tiles are like. This fascinating area has a piece of the old islamic aqueduct which is part of the old distribution of the city. We will finish our tour with the Plaza de España, where we will discover the andalousian regionalism style, seeing the provinces of Spain. The structure of this construction includes a moat that represents our river.
Beatriz was great, she made sure our requested customizations happened and was very knowledgeable in all things Seville! She reached out well in advance to make sure everything ran smoothly and we appreciated all her help and insights about the city.

Beatriz was outstanding in every way. It is instantly apparent that she loves what she does and that she loves her city. To find someone knowledgeable about her city and culture is to be expected in a tour guide. But to effortlessly display true passion for sharing that knowledge is a gift not often found (at least in my experience). Beatriz was considerate and responsive to what we were interested in. She respected our abilities (we’re on the “older” side and don’t move as nimbly as we used to) and paced our tour accordingly. She quickly picked up on what we were most interested in as we moved from site to site, and adjusted her presentation to accommodate. I can honestly say that Beatriz is one of the best guides we have ever had. I would retain her again without hesitation if we are fortunate enough to be able to return to Sevilla.
This half day tour consisted of visiting the Real Alcazar and the Seville Cathedral. Beatriz was an excellent guide whose English was flawless. The Cathedral is huge with a magnificent main altarpiece composed of gilded carved wood. The cathedral also contains the tomb of Christopher Columbus. The Real Alcazar is an extensive complex of rooms dating from various periods. Beatriz was able to help make sense of the overwhelming amount of information these two sites provided. An excellent tour. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Bea was an excellent guide. She did a great job communicating with us prior to the tour. She was obviously passionate and proud of her city and was full of interesting facts and stories. I only wish we could have spend more time with her.
