I was born and grown up in my beloved city, Sevilla. After studying tourism and 2 masters degrees, one in event organization and the other one in Marketing, the economical crisis arrived to Spain and I decided that was a really good moment to leave home and flied to Australia where I have been living, working as a chef and as international tour leader for 6 years. 4 years ago I came back to my city where I am an official tour guide. I know almost every corner of Sevilla and feel the culture like a part of myself. Thanks to this love I really enjoy showing to my clients all the passion I have for the lifestyle here, the history and the details to understand how we are, how we live and many others things from our everyday life. Lets visit together the charming town of Cordoba and enjoy by the hand of an expert in a winery situated in the mountains of Montilla Moriles. Do you know Cordoba is the only city in the world with 5 declared world heritage sites? There is no other town in Spain where you can live a similar experience. See its mosque known as the Mezquita, best example of Islamic architecture that features intricate arches. Walk along the narrow alleys of the former Jewish quarter. As your walk continues, take a look inside any of the typical patios andaluces and enjoy the sight of colorful pots of flowers hanging from the white walls. We will go to enjoy the best food and wines in an amazing wine experience by the hand of a very well reputed sommelier.
Juan provided a great tour and ensured that they the information provided matched our interest. He was also able to help with recommendation for the best photo spots and dinner spots following our tour. He was friendly, informative, and knew alot about the locations.
Juan was a wonderful and informative guide. He led us skillfully through Cordoba, impressing us with the history of this wonderfully preserved town. And then on to a tour of a family- run winery with many samples of wines and sherries and a delicious tapas lunch. He also took many pictures of us so we will long remember this tour.
Me and my sister took the tour to Córdoba and the winetour with Juanfe. It was outstanding, he is very knowledgeable and informative. He was very helpful and kind. We began with the streets of Córdoba when it was less crowded and he took us to hidden squares and alleys. After that we visited "La Mezquita" and he knew everything about it. Then we went to a vineyard in Montilla Moriles. We had a fantastic winetasting with food. It was delicious. I can highly recommend this tour.
The itinerary will be the next: We will leave Sevilla at 7. 30 am and we will arrive to Cordoba at 9. 30 1-Córdoba highlights. (1. hour) -We will visit the center of the city with main attractions overview (including the Mosque of Cordoba) -Head to Montaill hills of Montilla moriles (40 min trip) 2. -Tastings ( 2 hours) -Tasting led by expert explanation of the tasting techniques and notions of winemaking to taste. -The tasting and explanation will be made on 5 of our wines: wine young, fino, oloroso, amontillado and Pedro Ximénez - Duration of the tasting: 1 hour approx. 3. -LUNCH IN THE CELLAR (1 hour approx) Lunch consist of: -Tapas of the following courses: olives, nuts, chips, cheese, Iberican meats, spanish omelette, gazpacho and chicken croquets. Also includes dessert (cake). -Both, tours as meals were accompanied by the wines. 4-Come back to Seville to arrive at 18. 00 approx Please contact me for a customized tour!
