Knowing Seville on a bike
Overview of your Seville tour
I just love to ride my bike around Seville and enjoy its parks and the river. It is my favorite means of transportation! Wouldn't you like to join me? Our tour starts at the Giralda, from here we will walk to the Santa Cruz Square, in the heart of the old Jewish quarter, where we rent bikes and helmets. From here we take the bike path to go to María Luisa Park, where the Plaza de España is located, passing by the famous Tobacco Factory. After the lovely ride through the park, we drive along the river, seeing the Torre del Oro, the Plaza de Toros and the Triana district. We will also pass by the Cathedral and the Alcazar and then return to the Plaza de Santa Cruz to deliver the bikes and finish the tour. A perfect way of discovering Seville!!. If you are an early morning person, we can start at 8:30 in the morning, when the park is still very quiet. You can combine this tour with any other of my tours

Julia is doing a great job - this 3,5 hour tour is perfect to get to the heart of old seville with lots of historic information as well as the smaller nice things you do not find in a traveller book. I can recommend to do a bicycle tour the next day in the morning to explore new seville plaza de espana, the parks, the river, the area of the world fair - all around the old town.

On our first trip to Seville, Julia was a pure diamond! She accommodated us by changing the meeting place to facilitate for us. She is an amazing historian and gave a very colorful description as to what we were seeing and where we were. We loved the sense of humor she wove into Seville's history. She knows "the rules of the road" as far as biking Seville and we were very comfortable following her lead. We hope to return and enjoy another outing with Julia!

Tour itinerary will be the following: - Meet at the Giralda Tower - Walk to Santa Cruz Square to get the bikes - Drive along Murillo Gardens and Tobacco Factory - Visit of the Plaza de España - Ride through the Maria Luisa Park - Ride along the river : Torre del Oro, Bull Ring, Triana District - Ride by Alcázar and Cathedral - End of the tour at Santa Cruz Square In case of rain, the tour will be done on foot, instead of with the bikes, as the bike lane becomes slippery and dangerous.
