Hi! My name is Albert. I have a Bachelor's Degree in History and I have been working as a Licensed Tour Guide for twelve years. Overview of your Mallorca tour
Join me on this tour and I will take you to two of the most charming villages in Mallorca! Sóller, a town located in a valley that has been the main orange producer of the island for more than three hundred years. Sóller will amaze you with its mixture of medieval heritage, colonial architecture and modernist buildings. The streets of Sóller are a maze of traditional shops, religious buildings and aristocrat manors where you will love to get lost. Doing this tour with me, you will discover a hidden place in town that originated one of the most spectacular festivities in the whole island. Valldemossa, the magical town that captivated the most honored pianist in the 19th century: Frédéric Chopin. There, you will experience the calmness and peace of the mountains, in a place that scarcely has changed from the Middle Ages. Besides, I live in Valldemossa, so you will get a real insight into this town's people and way of life. Come and discover an island that has more to offer than you imagine!
Your Mallorca tour itinerary
We will go first to the village of Valldemossa, where we will: - Walk by the gardens of the Charterhouse. - Explore the old town. - Taste some Mallorcan pastries at a traditional bakery. Next we will move to the town of Sóller. There we will: - Stroll through the old town. - Admire the modernist elements on medieval buildings like in the parish church of Saint Bartholomew. - Walk by the Lluna Street, probably the most popular street in town. - Pay a quick visit to Soller's Marina; one of the last natural ports in Mallorca.
