Montserrat the Mystical Mountain - Half Day Trip from Barcelona

Half day trip visiting the most charismatic and famous mountain of Catalonia. A private Tour to the Natural Park of Montserrat in our confortable Luxury Van, while on our way we will drive-thru the countryside of Catalonia and crossing small towns andrural areas. The Montserrat Church visit is a must in our region and all the history surrounding Black Madonna Virgin it's a fantastic myth, there are actually living more than 80 mongs in the Monastery and the views from the top of the mountain are astonishing. A full experience of a magic place that will stay in your memory and leave you amazing photos!

While driving upon the mountain there's a very nice sightseeing on both sides of the freeway, tiny villages and family owned country houses where they produce cava. This area is called Penedes and the trip to the mountain top is around 1 hour. Once we arrive to Montserrat we will visit the Monastery, the Sanctuary, the boys choir if there´s concert and of course, Black Madonna Virgin where I will explain all the history behind. Some walking to the viewpoint is recommended to observe one of the best views of Catalonia, there's a short trail up the top or a funny steep cable car.
