Hi everyone, My name is Darel. Very energetic young Seychellois from the Island of Mahe: which is the main island of the Seychelles archipelago. I has always been interested in my county's history since an early age and kept learning about it throughout my scholar years I stumbled upon tour guiding accidentally when a group of friends from abroad asked me to show them around the island, I did so and the little knowledge that I had proved to be very useful, so they advised that I do it full time, so I enrolled myself in a formal course in that field I graduated with flying colors at the Seychelles tourism Academy in the field of tour guiding and now 8 years later I am still loving the job. Overview of your Mahe tour
Spend your day exploring the whole of Mahe island, in a relaxed and comfortable manner. We will visit all of the major sites and also discover some hidden gems. Enjoy a full day of sight seeing on the beautiful island of Mahe. After your hotel picks up: you will be visiting the smallest capital in the world, filled with historical monuments and buildings. Keep an eye out for giant tortoises as you explore the spice garden. A brief stop at one of the most famous beaches Beau-Vallon where the waves will gently caress your feet. A small tour around the north of the island will be followed by a trip to the mission lodge, a breathtaking view of the west coast. The tea plantation and factory will be next to where you can purchase a range of locally produced tea. Taste the spirit of Seychelles as we visit the rum distillery home of the Takamaka rum. Various clear water beaches will be visited as we conclude the day returning you back to your hotel/cruise ship.
