Radmyla took us off of the beaten path and gave us the history of the area. We had lunch in a great barn turned into a restaurant and Radmyla kept us away from the crowds and busses. If you are planning a trip to this area we highly recommend Radmyla.
Radmyla was a great guide for that area. I gave her a 5 for her knowledge and consideration for out stop and arranging with weather. The special touch was lunch on top of mountain and a local favorite. She told us she was not dropping us off at boat because we should walk back to see some beautiful waterfalls and sites. She was absolutely right with that. Would recommend her to anyone.
We spent the day with Radmyla and enjoyed every minute. We saw everything we wanted to see and she also took us to places that only the locals would know about and visit. We had a traditional Norwegian lunch at a small mountain side restaurant that had been run by the same family for seven generations, the food was great. We would highly recommend Radmyla to others and at the end of the day we felt like we had spent the day with a good friend.
Myla was fabulous! She shared a ton of information and was as excited to show us the sights as we were to see them. She excitedly took pictures and airdropped them to us and appealed to all the different ability levels on our trip. She even set us up for a walking tour with a different guide in Alessund where we did not have anything scheduled!
Radmyla was beyond outstanding. She was personable, engaging, informative, entertaining (my three children under the age of 10 LOVED her), and she knew all the best spots to take us. Spending the day with Radmyla was the absolute highlight of our trip, and I cannot recommend her tour highly enough. It was worth every penny, and we feel extremely lucky to have experienced Geiranger through her eyes.
What a spectacular guide Myla is. Her knowledge is impressive. Her English is superb. And, she has a sparkling personality that will make your day. We took 2 tours with her. One in Geiranger and one in Alesund. They were the highlights of our cruise. We have taken numerous Tours by Locals excursions. Myla is by far the best of many excellent experiences.
