From Geiranger (or Hellesylt) to sky and Briksdal glacier

Iggy is a fantastic guide and person! He is one of the most worldly people we have met with incredible insight and information. He is truly passionate about world knowledge and the local areas in which he guides. He is a skilled driver and beautifully knew how to perfectly manage our group of 5 people with varying skill levels for walks/hikes and interests. He shared frequently, yet also kept a perfect balance of quiet time to soak in the numerous stunning views. We saw and walked to many waterfalls and dramatic Arctic landscapes. Thank you very much Iggy!!

Iggy was awesome on the tour. He met us in Geiranger for an all day adventure through the mountains and beautiful Fjords. He ensured that we saw as much as possible and was great at working through weather challenges as well as avoiding the crowds. He was also great with me for making sure to stop where I could get some great images with my camera. He has a ton of energy and that was awesome. His english was excellent equaled by his knowledge for the area.

This was an incredible tour. Igvars was wonderful and took us to many lovely places. We had time to really see the area around Geiranger. We could not have ventured to the area in a bus. Some of ther roads were really just one lane. Igvars was so personable and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend this tour and guide.

We are so glad that we were able to set this tour up. The stops chosen, how we spent our time,and Igvars himself were the best!!! Sometimes you can "just tell" when truly someone cares about what they do; it comes through during the day. Thank you for a great day!

WOW! Had the VERY best day with Igvars from Calm Giant Tours. I'd give more than 5 stars, if allowed! Met in Geiranger, and we were off for a wondrous day. In addition to being so knowledgeable, his character, wanderlust, enthusiasm, and joy were a thrill to be around. As requested, crammed so much into the 8 hours we had. So many beautiful sights shared by someone who truly loves traveling and discovering people and places. Too much memorable conversation to retell here. Sour cream porridge to die for!

Igvars showed us lovely scenery on a very foggy and cloudy day that was punctuated by periods of rain. He spent a bit too much time trying to show us a cloud shrouded glacier. To my surprise, however, after a bit of editing, I was able to produce a fairly decent photo of the previously hidden glacier. I guess that he intuitively took us to the ideal spot for taking that original photo. Thanks, Igvars, for a good tour, and I hope that your future guests will experience better weather than we did.
