I Welcome you to Montserrat. The rebuilding of an Island where more than half of the islands structure has been destroyed by Volcanic eruption in 1995. Discover its beautiful Flora and Fauna as we go along the journey of winding roads and hills. Breathe clean fresh air, and meet the most friendly people, far away from the madding crowds of the hustle and bustle of daily lives. Drink some of the natural running water from "Runaway Ghaut", remember, "You will return once you drink from the spurn. " Fallen many times by natural disaster its resilient people and beautiful gem are still going strong. I will be delighted to show you and explore the buried city of Plymouth and our iconic Montserrat Springs Hotel. Your Plymouth tour itinerary
- Pick up at port of arrival - First, we drive through Little Bay, our new town and recreational City. - Continue via winding roads and lush green hills with spectacular views before we arrive at the Montserrat National Trust - At the Trust it holds a rich and wide variety of flora, herbs used for making tea and its immaculate gardens - We then go to the Montserrat Volcano Observatory (MVO) (view video), of the intense display of volcanic events during the year of the eruption. - Then we visit and experience real-life visual of the disaster of what a volcano can do in the buried city of Plymouth or we view from the iconic Montserrat Springs Hotel (see destruction, take photos), and then go to the "Buried City. " - Lunch (optional) - After lunch, we make shopping stops at one or two shops to allow you to purchase something beautiful from the island to take back with you for your keepsake. - Return to port for depart * Do not hesitate to contact me for a customized tour
