Perak has land borders with the Malaysian states of Kedah to the north, Penang to the northwest, Kelantan and Pahang to the east, and Selangor to the south. Perak's capital city, Ipoh was known historically for its tin-mining activities. Other than limestones, Ipoh is famous with food heaven. Why not travel with me and have the best food with me? First stop at Kellie's castle, built by a Scottish planter in the 19th century, a popular local attraction due to its beautiful architecture and haunting mysteries. 3. Next stop at Ipoh railway station built in Moorish design; facing the Ipoh war memorial, then walk toward the Birch Memorial Clock Tower. Passing by the Ipoh state mosque (the largest mosque in Ipoh). 4. By noon, go on a food tour. After a heavy lunch, travel next to Concubine and Market Lane. 5. Next stop to Kek Lok cave which oversees the lake and a short boat tour at the limestone cave. 6. Return back to your hotel with a hassle-free transfer.
