-After picking you up, we'll head to the Ponshukan Niigata Station. The Niigata Saito Villa -Later, we'll visit the Northern Culture Museum. -We could then take a break for lunch at Minato Marche Pier Bandai, or another spot of your preference. -Next, we'll take in panoramic views from the Toki Messe Observation Deck before returning to where we first met, to say our goodbyes in the end.
