Are you planning a tour in West Africa ? Côte d'Ivoire is a country you may definately want to visit ! It is always a pleasure for me to show this beautiful country to visitors and to provide them with the unique experience of getting to know this part of Western Africa. I can guide you around our beautiful city of Abidjan either by foot or by car for an exciting tour of the city. If you love adventures, you may love a tour to our beautiful natural parks and beaches. We can also take you to Yamoussoukro to visit our basilica, the world's tallest Catholic building. You might want to enjoy a tour of the ruins of our colonial town of Grand-Bassam, a UNESCO World Heritage. Why not buy hand-made souvenirs, enjoy several ivoirian delicacies and watch or dance to the rythm of our traditional drums. My academic qualifications include a Masters equivalent in Economics and Political Science from the London School of Economics and US Department Of State (DOS) certificates in Accounting, Legal and Financial courses. I also hold a degree (BTS) in Bilingual Secretarial course. I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside of the historical monuments.

You are planning to visit Abidjan? Great !!!! Whether you come for business or private, you must take this opportunity to meet Abidjan in person, from the eyes of the locals. My tour will give you the opportunity to discover the real Abidjan, the largest city of Ivory Coast and the center of its economic activity and a place of happy people and positive energy. This tour will make you discover the architecture of Abidjan mixed with the scents of coconut and palm oil. The warmth of Ivory's welcome and the different places with people selling street food and a vibrant environment will leave you with wonderful memories. During the tour there is the possibility of tasting local delicacies such as Attieké. We will have fun walking Abidjan and Grand Bassam together! Join me for a fun tour of my hometown.

NB : Please wear comfortable walking shoes and if possible, a hat to protect yourself from the sun's heat 9h: Meeting place : Your Cruise Ship at Abidjan Port 09h15 - 10h00 : Drive to the Place of the republic circle in the Plateau District 10h00 - 10h20 : Walk through the district to discover the traditional garment (Pagne) shops (around 20 min walk) 10h25 - 11h00 : Drive /walk to visit the Pyramid in the Plateau district 11h10 - 12h00 : Drive to Cocody to discover how a famous local staple food is produced 12h15 - 13h00 : Drive to Adjamé to discover Abidjan's largest and busiest market (This will be a walking tour due to the heavy traffic on this busy market) 13h15 - 14h15 : Drive to Grand Bassam 14h15 - 15h00 : Walking tour of centre of Grand Bassam (Visit Museum) NB : MUSEUM IS CLOSED ON MONDAYS 15h00 - 15h30 : Drive to CAVA market (purchase souvenirs) 15h30 - 16h00 : Drive back to your Cruise Ship This tour can be customized.
