As a resident of the Galilee and Golan for over 40 years I can take my guests to out of the way places and introduce them to the locals who will tell their stories first hand. The fascination I have for the local history allows me to show the many facets of Israel, be it Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Druze or Bahai alongside ancient history and current issues. The Sea of Galilee is the center of Jesus' early life and through the Galilean geography it is possible to get a better understanding of his message and calling which is relevant to all Christians and to Catholics in particular. Overview of your Nazareth tour

In Nazareth, we will visit the church of the Annunciation to see the modern basilica built on the remains of the Crusader church and then continue to the Synagogue Church and Mt Precipice for an incredible view of the Jezreel and Tabor Valleys. Another possible stop is "Nazareth Village" to see life in the Galilee of 2000 years ago. Then on to Cana to the Wedding miracle. . . "water to wine" and Mt Tabor - the Mountain of the Transfiguration. Then the Yardenit baptism site. We can finish with a visit to a date farm for a taste from the past.
