Overview of your Dingle tour

No matter where you travel on the Dingle Peninsula, the views of hills, mountains, cliffs and sandy beaches and not forgetting Dingle Harbour home to Fungie the Dingle dolphin. Dingle a vibrant fishing port in the heart of the Peninsula is known for its colorful variety of shops and cozy pubs and cafés. It's, for the most part, a Gaeltacht or Irish-speaking area, one of the few rural places in Ireland where this ancient language has not died out. Alongside the language, Irish traditional music and dance also flourish and play a key feature in the pubs every evening.

Thanks to Rory, our tour of the Dingle Peninsula was without a doubt our favorite port in Ireland. The Beehive huts were amazing, holding baby lambs a definite highlight, and the scenery - just incredible. Learning about the Blasket Islands and visiting the center, visiting beaches and climbing rocks, our group of 6 could not have asked for a better guide. And the fact that he had a speaker system in the van made the day so much more enjoyable.

Rory was a pleasure to spend the day with. Both professional, warm and engaging, with lots of laughs along the way. The van was comfortable and spotless and sat a bit higher than a car, so was the perfect way to see the stunning scenery. It was like spending a day with a local friend. He took us to amazing spots and shared the history. Rory set the perfect tone for our stay in Dingle by providing an overview of the places not to miss and pubs/restaurants that might suite us. We hope to see him again!

Detailed-oriented explanations were very helpful to enjoy the trip around the Ring of Kerry (instead of the Dingle Peninsula). The change was necessary due to a marathon in the Dingle area and roads closed. Rory was very patient and took his time to stop in several places for me to take pictures, walk and enjoy the view. Absolutely a great tour which I wholeheartedly recommend.
