The program will start by visiting a traditional Balinese compounds house and meet the owner who will very happy to welcome you to their home, introduce Balinese daily life at the house, also giving brief information about Balinese culture and tradition. She (house owner) will teach you, how to cook authentic Balinese cuisine at their house kitchen, you will learn to prepare yellow sauce, mushroom soup, Balinese chicken satay, steam tuna in banana leaf, chicken stew, tempe and tofu with sweet soy sauce, gado-gado, Balinese salads and don't missed the black rice pudding. After cooking you will have lunch, tasting your own food and bring home the food recipe. Later will explore temple and traditional Bali coffee and herbal tea over looking the jungle.
