Forest Bathing "Shinrin Yoku" was founded in Japan in the 80's, and believed to be a great way to reconnect to the Nature. I was introduced to this program last year by a friend and I keep doing this regularly in the forest at the western slope of mount lawu which is only about 90 minutes drive from My home town "Surakarta". I found that this activity has been able to make me relax, and reduces my stress. I would like to share this experience with anyone who are interested to try this natural therapy in less visited Forest at the western slope of Lawu.

8 am : I will pick you up at the hotel or any places you've decided located in Solo City 8. 00 - 9. 30 am : drive to the pine forest at western slope of Mount Lawu for about 90 minutes 9. 30 - 11. 30 am : Forest Bathing activity in the pine forrest 11. 30 - 12. 00 am : tea ceremony after forest Bathing 12. 30 : Lunch at local restourant ( optional ) 1. 30 pm : drive back to Solo 3. 00 pm : arrive in Solo, I will drop you of at any places you've decided within the city of Solo
