I am from Lombok island, and I am possibly the coolest tour guide on the island :) Musician, hotelier, born on the 1st of April, I have curly hair and I love to spend my sunset time at Lombok Beach. I love travelling, meet new people around the world. Experience the unique waterfall in the middle of green forest. Enjoy fun hiking & jump into the cold natural swimming pool and explore panorama rice field & witness local's life. Lombok waterfall tour is a short escape to nature & fun hiking through local village, rice field and forrest Drive through local town to waterfall gate, where our local guide waiting for us, we'll start panorama walk explore rice field and local village with mountain view. Next we'll start walk through the forest and visit the first waterfall, the sound of birds, waterfall and Monkeys will be welcoming us to start the tour, do natural massage from the water fall, taking picture or just relax enjoy the breeze. Continue to the second waterfall Benang Kelambu and the little hiking in the middle of jungle with hills and nature view and after hiking its time to enjoy Benang Kelambu Waterfall, jump into the coldest natural pool, relaxing and enjoying the forest vibes. Rido was an excellent tour guide, his enthusiasm was infectious and we had an amazing tour, we love learning about local culture, and having spent a week in Bali it was fascinating to learn how different mainland Indonesia is in so many ways. The waterfalls were great (but a lot of walking and steps, be warned!!) and seeing the Rice Fields with a local guide was very interesting
Rido was an unbelievable guide. He was waiting at the pier. No problems finding him. We had messaged several times before I arrived and he knew exactly what I had in mind. He added several things he felt we might enjoy. During our tour we added a few things. He knew ahead of time that I had one in my group with mobility issues and he was very attentive to her. His knowledge of Indonesia was sooo good.
We used Rido when our ship docked in Lombok in March, 2024. He asked us what we were interested in doing (nature and culture) and he custom made a tour for us. We went to the Patuh Cooperative where the shop owners dressed us up as a king & queen. Rido took a lovely video of that, which he shared with us. We then went to the waterfalls and had a strenuous hike. Rather than hike all the way back, he arranged to have us ride scooters back to the vehicle. An absolutely lovely day.
