- Program will start 6:30 - 07:00am, starting with: - Traditional market: see the daily activity in selecting local vegs and spices that are use for cooking. - Paddy field: see about Balinese traditional irigation system, called Subak. - Balinese house: introduce typical of Balinese compound where the concepts of constructions followed Bali architecture. - Making offering: learn how to make Balinese offering for the Gods. - Coconut oil making. - Spice making: make a traditional Balinese spice paste used as a base for many dishes, its very fragrant and sensational for your taste buds. - Then enjoy the food that you have cooked! - After the cooking class the program will continue to do a purification in holy water temple. - Then for the last place we will visiting the coffee plantations to see how the Balinese peoples making coffee with traditional way, and you will serve with Balinese traditional herbal drink and coffee. - Back to the hotel or cruise.
