Listen to the beat of the lali drum used to send message in Old Fiji. See authentic thatched roof houses and huts and discover what life was like in the olden days. Wonder in the colorful garden where the aroma of tropical flowers and plants fills the air. Learn about traditional fijian culture and history and experience activities like fir lighting, pottery making, weaving, kava ceremony and meke dance.
Your Nadi tour itinerary
0900hrs- Lautoka Port pickup. 1015hrs- Arrival at the Cultural center. 1020- Warriors escort to the pavilion. Kava ceremony. Women demonstrating weaving, coconut husking, masi making (masi cloth is used for traditional marriage, birth and death rates, and for ceremonies for welcome). Fire dance. 1215hrs- lunch with entertainment meke & dance. 1320hrs- We will conclude with shopping at one of the biggest retail and souvenirs shops in Nadi town before dropping you back at the Port by 2pm.
