This tour is perfect for travelers who are coming to Rijeka by boat or travelers who want to enjoy a half day tour exploring the towns of Kvarner bay. Come with me on a nice walk through the 3rd largest town in Croatia - RIJEKA, the town that carried the title of European capital of culture for the year 2020. This industrial town hides important historical and cultural value which can be found in the heart of the town. Walk through the old town will take you to my favourite local places :) The tour continues with TRSAT CASTLE overlooking Rijeka and Kvarner bay. This part of Rijeka is also very well frequented by many pilgrims that come to The Shrine of Our Lady of Trsat. We continue our drive towards KASTAV, a town on the top of a hill. A lovely walk through towns narrow streets will take you to another amazing viewpoint overlooking Opatija, the islands and mountain of Ucka. The last town of the tour - Opatija, my hometown, the pearl of the Adriatic sea leaves no one indifferent. Perfect end of tour.
