I'm Estefanía (Stephany works fine for me too) a 23 year old Colombian and a proud girl of living in a beautiful city called Manizales, it's a small place packed with charm and surprises, there is a lot to do in and around the city: lots of mountanis to hike, hot springs that are just a short-bus ride away, tons of cooffe shops to visit, an amazing and old downtown, super friendly locals and nice coffee rooftops to visit I would love to show you how to find the bright side of Manizales, the land I'm in love with. Besides, to help you to get to know each city from a local view skipping the usual crowed touristic places Whatever it will be your choice, I am flexible, friendly, helpful, and have experience with international tourist of all ages. I usually drive my car, its more that perfect for 4 people, including me, in order to have space and a nice time together, if the group is bigger I rent and drive a confortable van. This is a hidden gem even for locals The spot we are looking for it's hours away from Manizales and the road it's made to keep the crowed away, are you sure you want this? Los Nevados National Park is where this lagoon is located, far from the cities, the busy life, the usual comforts and 3900 meters above the sea. My favorite place on earth and the one I take care the most, just responsable toursit and people willing to respect mother earth and the gifts we have on our territory. I am not going to lie, the road it is wild and rough. This is an adventure tour but you are not walking, insted riding a horse for 15 minutes.

Leaving Manizales before sunset and get to see how the sun comes out all the way up in the mountais it's an amazing experience. You will need to cover with winter coats and gloves, the temperature while sunrise is around 50°F (10°C) We will make several stops on the way up, all of them will be inside "Los Nevados National Park" and you will be able to see how the flora and fauna changes while we start the tour on 2150 meters avobe the sea to a maximum of 4000 meters avobe the sea. Some streaching and joint movements are recommended at some point in order to keep the body active and warm
