Dunhuang played an important role on the ancient silk road, where the four cultural systems of the world(Chinese, Indian, Greek, Islamic cultures) converge . As the tourism is developing, Dunhuang is becoming more and more famous and familiar to the whole world. The First Silk Road Dunhuang International Cultural Expo was held in Dunhuang in September of 2016. The Expo will be held annually in Dunhuang since 2016. The government pays more attention to develop tourism. Abundant tour resources and perfect tourists facilities are all here. I love this job very much. As a guide besides good English oral skills, I have acquired important and relevant working experience during my career, I have been to numerous cities on China's main Silk Road, including Xi'an, Tianshui, Lanzhou, Xining, Yinchuan, Wuwei, Zhangye, Jia Yuguan, Turpan, Urumqi, Kuqa, Yarkent, Hotan, Kashgar, and Tashkurgan. I know which places are really worthy of visiting. I know what tourists want to see. I am full of great confidence to help you arrange valuable trips along the silk road in China. While working as a tour guide, I met ambassadors from Australia, Canada, Iceland, Malta, and Portugal to China. In 2008, I supported a group of famous singers and movie stars, led by Olivia Newton John. In that same year, I also guided a special group tour for the total eclipse of the sun. In August 2013, I was honoured to entertain Zoltan Somogyi, Executive Director of UNWTO, during the Sixth International Silk Road Tourism Conference being held at Dunhuang.
