Sunrise with Moai at Ahu Tongariki

Pretty much the same as our previous tour with Patricia: Our experience can be summed up in three words: Best. Guide. Ever. Although there were many people there, Patrician made this tour very special. She pointed out the best place to wait for sunrise. In addition, she very thoughtfully provided chairs so we could sit and wait for the sun to come up, instead of standing. It is these small but extremely thoughtful touches that make her such a great guide. Every minute spent with her was entertaining, engaging and valuable My advice: this is the person you want guiding you in this most special of places. Book early so you won't be disappointed, and know that you are in for a marvelous experience.

Patricia was wonderful! In addition to positioning us to have the best experience for the sunrise over Tongariki, she shared her extensive knowledge about the history and culture of the Rapa Nui including some information we had not learned on previous tours. In addition we discussed her and her family's life on Rapa Nui giving us a better understanding of the culture today.

Our Easter Island visit was amazing, and a large part of that is due to Patricia. Her knowledge of the Rapa Nui people, their history and the Moai was exceptional, and was presented in English in a very nice, conversational method. This day was perfect. Thank you, Patricia!
