I always feel so comfortable giving this tour as I take you to the places where I was born, raised, educated and today residing and working. I will take you to swim at the beaches of Limbe. You shall visit the Ekom Nkam Waterfalls and be marvelled by the huge deafening and spectacular roar sound it produces. We shall go for an adrenaline at the Manenguba Twin Lakes, shaped in the form of an African map, with strong cultural significance. One is believed to be female (blue), the other male (green). If we arrive the Fovu caves on a lucky day, we shall see locals doing purification, cleansing and mystical practices whereby food and other items are being offered to the gods. This same ritual shall be observed at the Metche Waterfalls, a place of offering sacrifices to "remove the curses" and "lament the dead". On the ground, there is salt, coins, palm oil and food as offerings. At Foumban, we shall visit the Sultanate, Royal Museum and Arts market. In Yaounde, we shall go to Mefou National Park and Ebogo.
Day 1 Airport - Hotel at Doual -Welcome & Transfer to Hotel Day 2: Douala - Limbe - Douala -Excursion to the seaside resort city of Limbe -Visit Mount Etindi also called Small Mount Cameroon and see it 1999 lava -Swim at the black stony beaches of Limbe Savour seafood at the Limbe Downbeach Day 3: Douala - Nkongsamba - Melong -Visit the Ekom-Nkam Waterfalls -Visit the Bororos at Mbouroukou and milk cow - Visit the Twin Lakes and try to bath in the female lake of good fortune Day 4:Melong - Baham - Foumban - Visit the Fovu Caves and see food, oil and fowls offered to the gods as sacrifices -Visit the Metche Waterfalls, a place of sacrifices -Visit Foumban, its sultanat, museum and arts market Day 5: Foumban - Mbalmayo - Ebogo -Ebogo Ecolodge.
