Chum Reap Sour (how do you do) ladies and gentle men, how are you? Welcome to Cambodia, kingdom of wonder. My name is my Makara, but I'm called Ra by everyone. I'm a professional tour guide in Siem Reap, Angkor Wat. I have worked here for more than 7 years. I was born in 1988 in a small town next to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. In 2008 after finishing my high school, I attended a university in Phnom Penh, in major of International Relations. Then in 2012 to catch my dream, I moved to Siem Reap province to attended a tour guide training class by ministry of tourism and got the license to be an official tour guide from Cambodia government in 2013. Siem Reap is the main tourist attraction of Cambodia, the gate way to a Unesco World Heritage Site, that's the home of Angkor Wat (largest religious temple ever built) and all the temples of Ancient Khmer Civilization. Every year, it's always chosen to be the 1st tour destination in the world by all travelers. With my experiences, knowledge, and patience, I always have a strong commitment to provide an excellent service to my travelers with all good photos, less crowds, and history of Cambodia. If you are looking for visiting Siem Reap please contact me, you will definitely have a great holiday with a very flexible tour because all my tours can be customized according to your need. - Bachelor degree in major of International Relation. - Licence tour guide by Cambodia Ministry of Tourism - Successfully completed English courses in Panasastra University of Cambodia - driving license None
