Bandarban is a picturesque district located in South-Eastern Bangladesh and is a part of the Chittagong Division. It is one of the three hill districts of Bangladesh and is a part of the Chittagong Hill Tracts, the other two being Rangamati District and Khagrachhari District. With an area of 4, 479 km2, Bandarban is not only the most remote district in the country but also the least populous, with a population of approximately 388, 000. Bandarban offers an incredible range of attractions to explore, making it a must-visit destination for tourists from around the world. With treks through virgin forests, the chance to encounter over 15 different tribes of the region up close, and breathtaking views from the tallest peaks in Bangladesh, Bandarban offers something for everyone. Some of the main attractions in Bandarban include Nilachal, Meghla, Golden Temple, Nilgiri, Shoilopropat, and Chimbuk Hills. With so much to see and experience, a visit to Bandarban is sure to be a trip of a lifetime.
Your Chittagong tour itinerary
Day 01: Golden Temple, Meghla, and Nilachal - Your Gateway to Bandarban's Beauty Our itinerary begins with an early start between 7:30-8:30 AM. We will pick you up from your hotel or the airport and embark on a 2-3 hour journey to Bandarban in a comfortable air-conditioned car. Once we arrive, you can check in to your hotel, take some rest, and enjoy your lunch. Afterward, we will commence our sightseeing tour by visiting the Golden Temple, Meghla, and Nilachal. To get around within Bandarban, we will be utilizing local Jeeps. You will spend the night in Bandarban. On Day 02 Explore Shoilopropat and Chimbuk Hills After breakfast, we will commence our sightseeing at Shoilopropat and Chimbuk Hills. If possible, we will also visit Nilgiri. Later, we can indulge in some local market activities and shopping. Once we are done, we will head back to the hotel to freshen up before embarking on a 2-3 hour road journey back to Chittagong. We will drop you off at your preferred destination or your hotel.
