Overview of your Brisbane tour
A 1 1/2 hour drive from Brisbane will find us exploring the wonders of rare sub-tropical forests at Mount Tamborine National Park, including some of the most stunning sub-tropical forest walks at tree-top level on the Tamborine Skywalk, with spectacular views and gorgeous waterfalls. We will visit the spectacular Curtin Falls before some optional souvenir shopping on Gallery Walk, followed by a light lunch at the iconic Monkey Tree Restaurant. After lunch we will be ready to take in the amazing panorama from the famous hang gliding launch site on Main Ridge Road. Then it will be a steep drive down the mountain with spectacular views as we head to the country village of Canungra. I can customise this tour according to your requirements.

We had a wonderful time but had to make major changes due to the heavy rain and fog. We discussed all our options with Roger and ended up doing a completely different tour that completely met all our expectations. We were able to stay dry and still have a wonderful experience seeing and feeling Australia with its wildlife. We would recommend Roger for his knowledge and ability to make great things happen even when the weather is not helpful.

Due to weather we switched over to Brisbane City tour and Lone Pine Sanctuary visit. Our tour guide, Roger was a wonderful host. He was flexible, knowledgeable, and customized our day to us. I highly recommend Roger Lang as a guide. He has set the bar high, as this was the first tour of a dozen or more we have booked.

Pick up at your accomodation Experience a unique transition from typical rural Australian bush to the wonders of the Godwana sub-tropcial forests as we climb Mount Tamborine to the iconic Tamborine Skywalk. A short drive will have us entering more sub-tropcial forest for a short forest walk to the spectacular Curtis Falls. Enjoy a light light lunch on Gallery Walk and souvenir shopping if desired. Be enchanted by the breath taking panorama at the famous hang- gliding launch site on Main Ridge Road. The return journey to Brisbane will be down the other side of Mount Tamborine, through the village of Canungra, the decades-long location of jungle training for the Australian Army. Returning to your hotel accomodation.
