Prespa National Park : Great biodiversity, boating and hiking full day tour!

Hello ! My name is Ana! I am a passionate tour guide! I would be grateful to tour you around Korca town. Korca is a beautiful town, where every one can spend and feel special moments of their lives. I am graduated as an English teacher in Korca, Albania. When I was at University, the Society of Protection of Prespa (that is a Greek Society , which use to work in Prespa Park, in Greece ) started a project in Small Prespa National Park in Albania in 2007. They trained me as an eco - guide. That experience affected me , to love nature, history, culture of Korca's region and to understand its important potential to tourism . I have taken part in a lot of training related to tourism , especially tourism of Korca. I have done training as a guide from different Society; Greek Society, Netherlands Society and Albanian Society. I work as a teacher , and as a guide too. I love teaching and guiding too. Guiding is very important to me , because I love nature, culture , history, and I would like to share the beauty of Korca region to all people that choose Korca as a place to visit. Let's have an overview about Korca: Korca is a city with a a rich history and culture, favourable climate, , hospitable and hard working people, great traditions. Korca region is located in south-eastern of Albania, in the Central Mountainous Region. It leis at the foot of Morava Mountain, at 869 meters above the sea level. The region of Korca is surrounded by a considerable mountain or hills. Korca City has been inhabited since Neolithic Age. The population of Korca is about 86, 176 inhabitants. Economy of Korca was based in agriculture, construction but nowdays even tourism is a great resource of income . For everything else, I expect to see you soon in Korca! Welcome to Korca and Albania!
